The Family KITAS is only granted to close relatives of an Indonesian citizen, such as spouses or children, or to applicants who have another type of KITAS. The visa is valid for one year and can be extended every year for a total of five years.
The other spouse and children will have the same ITAS validity as the ITAS holder. You will receive benefits as an Indonesian citizen, such as the ability to establish a bank account, obtain an Indonesian ID, and apply for a driver’s license.
