The Working Visa / Working KITAS is valid for foreigners who attain employment in Indonesia. To receive a working permit, you must work for an Indonesian-registered company. Whether it’s a PT/PMA, a Representative Office, or an Indonesian-owned business. Your KITAS shall be valid for up to 12 months.
The sponsoring corporation is required to pay the Indonesian government DPKK tax, which amounts to $100 USD every month. This type of KITAS only allows you to do an extension 6 times, and after that you should do EPO and Re-apply a new Working permit KITAS.
